Had direct reports for a total of 17 years both remotely and within the business. Implemented new personnel, salary, travel, time system, performance system in various activities. Been involved in starting up 3 staffing / recruitment companies, a private employment agency and a number of trainings/courses for job seekers. Experience from municipal, government, automotive, human resource development, paper industry, staffing and recruitment industry.
