I am a dedicated CSR and communications specialist with 15 years of experience from global engineering, consultancies and one of the largest players in the Nordic financial sector.

At Danske Bank Group, I have taken part in building the CSR area from scratch by developing policies, strategies, programmes and internal activities to be implemented across the group in all markets. I target communications at the needs and expectations of different stakeholders, from customers and employees to NGO's and political actors.

Through my 8+ years as a manager within CSR and internal communications I have developed strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.
