Sarah Møller Lundberg is part of the global communications team at Vestas and Senior Communications Advisor for our Global Sales Leadership team and Vestas’ CSO. The main purposes with our communication activities are to set clear commercial direction, share information, strengthen collaboration and mature competences to leverage synergies and improve the employee and customer experience with good communication. Previous Sarah was supporting the global strategic initiative Must-Win Battle Quality and was main driver of the culture track.
She also develops and conducts training across Vestas’ functions and regions with focus on maturing communication competences within leadership, team and change communication. Mainly with focus on strengthening psychological safety.
