At ASML, as part of HR, Paul’s responsibilities include cross-sector knowledge management strategy and the development and implementation of an innovative technology stack that supports ASML’s 2025 Learning Strategy. One that ensures that ASML puts the best learning and knowledge management technology and tools into the hands of our employees. He is responsible for creating and improving services that are aimed at improve access to content and people (myASML, Search, Competence Portal, Communities of Practice, Academic Article eLibrary, ...). Before joining ASML in 2011, Paul worked for Philips, KPMG, Exact, and Data General. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has 25 years of experience in the Knowledge Management and Collaboration domain.
