She has a long experience at the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the last years have been dedicated at developing my expertise in internal communication and leadership. In her current role, she oversees strategic communication initiatives and develops internal communication campaigns to accompany key EIB Group priorities. Her goals are to ensure seamless information flow within the organisation and to foster an environment where staff members feel motivated, engaged and aligned with the Bank’s values. She advises senior management and stakeholders throughout the organisation on effective internal communication engagement. Discover how gamification can transform an intranet into a vibrant hub of engagement and collaboration. In this session, we will demonstrate three interactive initiatives that have successfully energised our intranet platform and inspired employees to participate actively. The first example is an integrated word-guessing game tied to the company’s core topics, where employees learn key insights by solving puzzles. The second, My Little Planet, is an app-based challenge focused on sustainability, encouraging team competitions and promoting environmental awareness. By linking the app to the intranet, employees received updates, shared progress and celebrated their collective achievements. Thirdly, we’ll explore the AI Challenges, designed to increase awareness of AI topics. Originally a two-week challenge, its popularity led to an extension as the community around it grew rapidly. Using the intranet as a dynamic social media platform, employees shared photos, videos and updates, creating an active and connected community. Finally, discover an artistic initiative where children were to explore the themes of climate and innovation, imagining how we can work together toward a sustainable future. Their creations formed an interactive and playful exhibition, sparking engagement among staff and families. By combining environmental awareness with creativity, the initiative brought two of the EIB Group’s core priorities to life in a relaxed, colourful setting. In this session you will learn
