For more than a decade Mads has worked with intranets and collaboration solutions. Over the years, he has contributed on many aspects of the digital workplace: From training, education, support, requirement specification and technical configuration to change management, project management and adoption activities.

The past years, Mads has been business lead on large scale SharePoint Online implementations in Ørsted. First a SharePoint Online based record management compliant collaboration solution (2015) and latest the Ørsted Digital Workplace solution (2017).

Ørsted’s vision is a world that runs entirely on green energy. We develop, construct and operate offshore wind farms, bioenergy plants and innovative waste-to-energy solutions and provide smart energy products to our customers. A decade ago, we initiated our transformation from a black to a green energy company as DONG Energy. Since then, we’ve reduced our coal consumption by 73% and decided to fully phase out coal by 2023. We’ve become a global leader in offshore wind with a market share of 25%, currently powering 9.5 million people. Our ambition is to raise this number to 30 million by 2025. In 2017, we divested our upstream oil and gas business, thereby completing our transformation to become fully dedicated to green energy.
