Lawyer (corporate & regulatory) turned digital communications and content system specialist for large organisations. The common thread to my legal, communications, and tech experience is transforming complex concepts and technical information into content that informs, inspires, and aligns people.

I’m a New Zealander and made wonderful Copenhagen my home 7+ years ago, contributing to the fast growth of a Danish B2B SaaS startup, Templafy, as communications and content lead.

I now manage a digital workspace / intranet for 18000 colleagues globally as part of Ramboll's Group People & Internal Communications team. Together we engage colleagues with a sense of purpose through relevant news and strategic updates and enable collaboration and knowledge sharing on our platforms.

My current focus is delivering an upgraded intranet platform and channel strategy to improve our colleagues’ digital experiences and to better measure the impact of our internal communications.
