I am responsible for introducing the Collaboration aspects of the Online Employee Experience vision and strategy for British Gas and across Centrica Group. This includes collaboration by Yammer and through Team Sites and MySites. I have successfully introduced Yammer (on premises) to British Gas and Centrica Group and launched to over 25,000 users across a varied range of jobs and areas in the UK and Europe. We have been awareded the most engaged Yammer network in the world by Microsoft, something I am very proud of. I have led the business-side upgrade of our intranet from SharePoint 20013 to 2010 and subsequently SP 2013. Our intranet is now 'social' with Yammer embedded into it and my strategy for 2015 is to further embed Yammer into our Intranet, Team Sites and digital signage to further enhance and improve our digital channels. I actively participate on the Yammer Customer Network and share best practise and collaborate with similar enterprise size companies to shape the vision and strategy across the Centrica Group. As the verified Administrator of our Yammer network I also monitor usage and the user base as well as support Group owners to ensure they have the requisite skills and resources to successfully launch and engage there respective group members.
