Building on more than 20 years of experience in the Reward field as a consultant and as a practitioner, he has helped hundreds of companies with actionable insights, transparent and competitive Reward setups, and pragmatic solutions that align with the business realities and goals of the companies. He is Founder of Nordic Reward Partners, Co-founder of the Pay Transparency Alliance, run www.paytransparency.com, hosts the Reward Nerds podcast, facilitates a number of Reward Network across the Nordics, and is co-founder and Chairman of PayGap – a pay gap tool developed by Reward specialists specifically to address the EU Pay Transparency directive.
