As a Digital Collaboration Specialist I assist in increasing Line of Business' benefits of our digital tools, especially Office 365. We do this by combining three central disciplines; Knowledge Management, Change Management and User Adoption.

The key objective for my team is to increase productivity on an individual, group and corporate level. We believe that increased productivity can be gained in the interface between Work Processes, Technology and User Behaviors. Therefore we are constantly evaluating new technologies, and working close together with our internal customers focusing on improving their work processes, which often includes challenging their daily habits and IT skills.
