I’ve spent over 15 years in HR, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that people are at the heart of everything. My work focuses on helping organizations and individuals grow—whether that’s through building stronger teams, developing leaders, or creating workplaces where people actually want to show up. I’ve worked across industries, and while the challenges change, the goal remains the same: to make work better for everyone.
I’m not about fancy jargon or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in keeping it real, listening first, and finding practical ways to solve problems. Whether I’m working with a new manager or a seasoned executive, I aim to bring clarity, empathy, and a bit of humor to the table.
Outside of work, I’m curious about almost everything—books, travel, and the occasional DIY project. I’m also a firm believer in the power of diversity and inclusion, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it’s what makes teams and organizations truly great.
