Atul brings over two decades of rich and diverse experience across Training Management, Organizational Change Management, Test Management, Project Management, Client Success, Consulting, and Technical Development, spanning multiple domains and geographies.

He currently serves as the Global Training Manager at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he leads the training strategy for the Mobility Aftermarket’s worldwide S/4HANA transformation program, running through 2030. In this role, Atul is at the forefront of driving innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and harnessing the potential of AI tools to reshape the transformation journey. With a strong focus on modernizing traditional training methods, he is pioneering a contemporary, user-centric approach to learning—one that aligns closely with the everyday experiences of end users. Early pilot phases of this new methodology have already shown promising results, and Atul is committed to scaling these successes globally.
