My work majorly consists of creating and rapidly iterating on ideas using different UX research methodologies like Customer journey map, process flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.

My work includes collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, product and user experience to identify research objectives and plan user research activities. Managing and leading all aspects of remote and lab-based user research and usability evaluations on a variety of different types of websites, web-based, mobile and tablet applications.
