I'm passionate about branding, communications, and marketing because I love to create connection, excitement, and action between people — whether those people are employees, candidates, customers, or partners. I'm interested in figuring out what motivates people in order to connect with them through engaging stories and clear and resonant messaging. Over the years, I've worked with most core disciplines within branding, communications, and marketing. Within branding, I've worked with social media content production and management, copywriting, content design, and messaging redesign. Within communications, I've worked with internal communications, internal engagement, and project management. Within marketing, I've worked with blog and editorial writing, newsletter production, video production, paid marketing, event planning and execution, event sponsorship management, and partnership management.
I have a passion for creating stronger and more resilient organisations now and in the future. And I believe training individuals' communication capabilities is essential to do so. This because relations are fundamental for a great place to work...and for awesome performance by individuals, teams and organisations too. I’m curious about New Ways of Working characterised by high level of self-management, flexibility, meaning and connectivity - and I'm truly inspired by Laloux’s Teal organisations and Amy Edmondson’s concept and research of psychological safety. I have solid experience within communication, change, leadership and organisational development with a strong foundation of business understanding, change management and people perspective. I consider good communication as the main enabler for strong relations impacting people motivation, good collaboration, trust and hence business performance in general.
As a seasoned HR Business Partner with over 17 years of experience, I have a proven track record of leading HR initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement. My expertise lies in Business Partnering , leadership development, budgeting, and succession planning, which I have successfully implemented across various industries and geographies. In my current role at H&M Group, I lead HR initiatives for two Tech centers, focusing on leadership development and budgeting. I also partner with local unions for negotiation meetings across Europe and global locations. Previously, I held HR leadership roles at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech and Accenture, where I spearheaded HR strategies for multiple industry groups and managed a diverse workforce of 2000 employees.
Over two decades of global experience in Human Resources (HR) across Information and Communication Technology (ICT) , HR Consulting and FMCG across multiple Countries. Currently Head HR for two Service Areas handling a global HR role across 45 + Countries, 9000 plus employees. Previously Head of Human Resource and Vice President at Ericsson for Region India for 5 years. Prior to that, Head of HR for all businesses at Jones Lang LaSalle for India and Sri Lanka encompassing all verticals of Agency Leasing, Capital Markets, Consulting, Facilities Management, Project and Development Services, Property Management, Valuations & Shared Services. In roles prior to that, worked as Director HR overlooking the entire HR function and specifically in HR consulting, Training and Development , Project Management, Performance Management, global HR roll-outs, Total Rewards, Data Analytics, Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
