Two years ago, CERN piloted a campus app to improve internal communications. By providing easy access to menus, phonebook, maps, news and events, it went on to become a valuable tool for the community. The journey from pilot to production meant testing features, gathering data, evaluating and adapting to needs and requests. This presentation explores the lessons learned from customising third-party technology, as well as CERN’s plans to continue improving internal communications. In this session you will learn
