Uta is a communication

In her career she worked at Sennheiser, HypoVereinsbank, Bavaria Film Interactive. With an Executive MBA in Communication & Leadership at TU Munich her focus is to implement communication as a business driver.

I am an IT professional who works where technology meets people. With current roles in IT Consulting and Application Management, I have learned how to turn challenges into clear, customer-focused solutions.
Along the way, I've also worked as an IT Solution Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Support Manager, Change Manager, and Agile Master.
These experiences have given me a well-rounded view of how technology can help businesses succeed. Every piece I work on is driven by a strong desire to combine smart ideas with a focus on people. Whether I'm aligning business goals with IT plans, managing agile changes, or leading teams to innovate, I make sure that technology works for people - not the other way around.
